Event Details
With the use of music, we will engage in a 20 minute routine that includes stretching and breathing that creates a moving meditation. A great complement to any workout or for those rest days that are so important. An incredible way to self care and to clear the body, mind and spirit, leaving the class fully revitalized and energized.
